I have an EV11.0.1 environment thatis used for File System Archiving. It's a new deployment and has a large backlog of file to churn through. The task runs for several hours each night and I;ve been reviewing the logs over the last couple of weeks.
Running EV for Exchange 10.0.4. I ran a verify on our journal partitions and I have a number of errors like the one listed below. What happens after I verify the data is correct. Do I just leave it as is knowing the data is correct or what repair setting do I choose to fix the fingerprint database I would assume.

It has been a while since I have worked on FSA and sometimes the most of simplest queries or issues are the toughest to answer or troubleshoot.

Dears, I want to use the Export Archive function in the console to Export archives to their original databases. The problem is that my domino databases did not displays in the list of available archives (I have more than 200 archived). Could please someone help me?

Using EV 11.01 searcch we were only able to highlight and export 200 items at a time. This was really cumbersome considering that a search may return thousands of items. After finding that we could modify the web.config file in the EVSearchClient folder we increased the value of the "ResultsMaxRecordsThatCanBeSelected" from 200 to 2000.

Since last few days we are not able to delete shortcuts from few users mailbox.
When we are analysed the report we found that these users mailbox archiving reports shows lot of number of moved shortcuts.
We done following changes in the mailbox policy and post that change shortcut deletion works.

I need to find out how much data I have in my Journal Archives in the last 5 years. Is there a SQL Query I can run against each Journal Database to find out this info? I found this script below which tells me the same for anything older than 3 years. But, I need the last 5 years.
