can someone break down the different methods to migrate archives? need to migrate about 15,000 archives and move archive always has lots of errors and issue.

I have a customer that wants to upgrade the OS of 4 EV servers from windows 2008 to windows 2012R2 ( these are Hyper-V VM)
Normally I would do an EV Server Move, create the new VM on the relevant OS and present the old EV storage, use the same name and run the EV setup. This always works

I have an issue with one user that can see archive (just the Calendar filder to be exact) of departed user whos mailbox and AD account was deleted. I understand that some one didnt follow proper user removal process, but at this point a need to correct the behavior.
Had some strange situations in the past with some customers.
They all had problems with the VSA not longer beeing able to access storage queue files or the storage queue location until they did a restart of the server. Problem was that we were never able to check the situation before the customer restarted the ev-server.

Can you please tell me if EMA scans mailbox DB and public folders DB in Exchange 2013 SP1?
I've ran the analyzer, but it gave me a 350Gb DB which is totally different from 800Gb reported by the exchange. From those 800Gb, the customer told me that about 200Gb are public folders.
We are in the midst of running EVSVR to repair an index issue we are having (Index and Archive Out of Sync). It has been running since 4/29.
For those who have done this - how long did it take to repair? I realize the answer is most likely "it depends", but our legal teams want to know when they can search again

I have two server exchange 2020 in dag, one mailbox database. For first server i create mailbox archiving task and in target database i have my db. I switch exchange database in second mailbox server, create mailbox archiving task but in target database is empty, I use same system mailbox account.

i have upgraded our Enterprise Vault Environment from V9 over V10 to 11.0.1 CHF5, but now we have the challenge to migrate the full data with ev & sql data to a new company location - a few hundred kilometers away / same domain.
I have implemented EV 12.0.1 to archive email in an Exchange 2013 scenario. Most end users use Outlook 2016. When a user is outside the corporate network the Vault add-in does not detect RPC over HTTP is enabled even though Outlook Anywhere is in use, and so the HTTP connection to the internal alias FQDN fails.

It's setup so that the vault data is stored on a CIFS share, on a volume that just happens to be on NetApp 7-Mode storage (8.2.1).
We need to migrate this storage to Clustered Data ONTAP (8.3.2), and we're planning to use CFT (Copy Free Transition).

I seem to be getting lots of the below logged. I have the RecipientMax and AttachmentMax registry values set but only on the Outlook 2007 "12.0" branch (set by the EV install), now I have Outlook 2013 but the values are not in the "15.0" branch.
Are there equivalent Outlook 2013 values? I can't find anything on MS about them.

evdatabaseupgrader is a great update to the process of upgrading the EV related DB's, however it is a one shot deal, what I mean by this is there is no granular control or throttling for this utility, so in larger environments or environments where all DB's are held on one SQL server, this could mean that this utility could time or fail due to the increased load on the utility.
whilst the new classification works well, when setting it up, more granular reporting on which message has been classified by which rule is extremely useful as it can take some fine tunning to get it right and rebuilding indexes is not something that can be done that readily.
there is a report but its just too high level when trying to work out whats going right or wrong.
