I actually tried by clicking on the Disable Archive Button and follwed the process, it fails at the end. please see the attached for screen shots of the error and the button i useed.

Customer is unable to access the exchange archiving reports with the new vsa.
When accessing the reports over the mentioned url with the old vsa we are able to access them.

We recently upgraded EV 10 to EV 11 and I'd like to install Cumulative Hotfix 5. Kind of a stupid question but I'm assuming I don't have to install 1-4 first, correct? Also, are there any issues with Hotfix 5?

1. Where can i get the latest EV client installation file without upgrading my current EV?

We are facing issue with the journal Archive index ,the item awaiting count for indeexing is growing .when i check the index volume that has data written on it the state.dat file does not get updated causing the indexing to halt

The existing environment (Exchange 2010) is working perfectly, both internal archiving and OWA

We are having issues getting the OWA or Office Web App working.

It's not easy to have a clear explanation of the licensing model for Enterprise Vault File System Archiving.
In the licensing guide, I found that there is a tool (Enterprise Vault License Analyzer).
Can someone confirm that the value given by this tool, under the label "Size of all FSA Archives (GB)" is the value to take in account for the licenses ?
Vault version is 10.0.4.1189. I have 2 tasks that will not process target files. I've been running the same tasks for 18 months and they had worked fine up until now. Both targets are on the same Netapp filer and I have other tasks that are not having a problem archiving other targets on the same filer. Here is the error from the log:
